“Our Time” offers a structured, supervised after school program for the students enrolled in the Bulloch County School System in grades Pre-K -5th until 6:00pm. <\/span>Quality, Accessible & Affordable care for students Monday through Friday. Afterschool Programs for Pre-K to 5th grade are currently held at all Bulloch County Elementary Schools. <\/span>This program fee does not include Camp Adventure dates (full day activities during BOE Breaks).<\/span><\/p>\n

Registration Fee: $25.00 <\/span>
\nThe required registration fee per child is non-deductible and non-refundable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Weekly “Our Time” Program Fees:
\n2 Days per Week \u2014 $25 per week (per child)
\n(if child attends more than 2 days in a week, you will be billed $15 <\/span>
\n5 Days per Week \u2014 $40 per week (per child)<\/p>\n

Fees
\nFees are due one week in advance. You may prepay for as many sessions as you wish. Please see the Payment Schedule above for session registration dates\/due dates.<\/span><\/p>\n

Other “OurTime” Fees:
\nLate Pick-Up Fee: $5.00
\nAfter 6:00 PM (every 15 minutes)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Payment Late Fees:
\nPayments not made one week in advance will be assessed a $10 late fee.\u00a0 Children not paid in advance will be removed from the afterschool program; Children will be sent to the school office, and parent will be called to pick up the child.<\/p>\n

Transferring Programs :
\nIf changes in registration of program (OurTime-2 day or 5 day\/R.E.C.E.S.) become necessary \u2013 it is the responsibility of the parent to contact the administrative offices to change program. Pick up late fees will apply if office is not contacted. (In other words if you switch from OurTime to R.E.C.E.S. or R.E.C.E.S. to OurTime or from the 2-day per week to the 5-day per week or reverse without notification you will automatically be charged late fees.
